Chopper Spins Out of Control into Palm Fronds at Frequented Southern California Shoreline
A helicopter hovering near a crowded California coastline suddenly began spiraling out of control, ultimately dropping height and smashing into a row of palm trees as onlookers observed.
Recordings uploaded online depict the chopper beginning to twirl over the shoreline then falling in the direction of the border of the coast, where it ends up lodged amidst palm groves and a set of stairs near the shoreline route.

The Huntington Beach fire department stated five people were transported to a medical facility comprising two who were in the helicopter and were “extracted safely from the crash site” following the crash on Saturday.
Three individuals on the pavement were harmed. Specifics on their injuries were not immediately available.
What led to the incident was not yet disclosed.
